Orders and registrations
An order or registration is not confirmed until:
- The required information has been supplied
- Payment has been authorised successfully
- A confirmation has been displayed or sent to you
We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, illegality, technical failure or unavailable capacity. If payment has already been taken and the order cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling before payment. Conference registration rates are Student £50, MUNA Member £60 and Standard £70.
Student and MUNA member rates are subject to verification. Where a discounted rate cannot be verified, we will send a secure link to pay the balance up to the Standard rate, as acknowledged at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.
Delivery and fulfilment
Confirmations and related information are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout. Access to the conference is provided according to the date, location and instructions shown in the relevant listing or confirmation.
